...is this a good deal or bad deal?
...will I make money on this deal or not?
...will this deal sit around with no offers?
...or will it sell fast?
Get all these things right and you make the right offer to the seller.
Get it wrong and you over pay or under offer.
“Under offer” many times, leads to an offer too low that the seller will never accept...
